Website is all about visitors and business. Ultimate aim of website is to get business, popularity and lots of visitors. Now a day one will trying all the ways and technique to attract visitors once they land on the website, because through the paid and non-paid marketing activity one can drag the users to the website but after landing, visitors should be stick on the website for long time than only there is any chance of product/service sales.
In any website navigation is the most important part because through the navigation only visitors can move across to the site and explorer the available products and services. For easy exploration, need to present smooth and attractive navigation than its work like forcing rope and pull towards the other services/product web pages. In website design navigation designing is key part; the reason is its passageway to different landing pages (path of inquiry pages). On ecommerce website there are plenty of pages are specially designed for sales purpose or for visitors if visitors/potential customer will not reach to pages than its meaningless for website owner and their marketing expenses will get waste.
According to its definition in Wikipedia: User interface design or user interface engineering is the design of websites with the focus on the user’s experience and user’s interaction. So navigation designing considers as an engineering task, which required that much expertise to blow the sales.
